The main subject of this master’s thesis is motivation of employees in company DCom s. r. o. This company is dealing with wireless communication technologies development and production. The primary goal is to analyze company’s motivation tools and to improve them. The thesis is divided into three parts. First part contains the theory, which is connected to motivation. In the next part is the company DCom s. r. o. shortly introduced and after that are the motivation tools analyzed. The analysis was realized by using the questionnaire. The last part describes a suggestion for the motivation tools improvement.

This Master thesis deals with the system of remuneration of employees in the selected company. The theoretical part of the work describes the basic concepts and knowledge of the issue. In the analytical part of the thesis, an analysis of the current state of the problem and an evaluation of internal and external factors influencing the remuneration system in the selected company were made. Based on the results of the analysis, the company has received suggestions to enhance the remuneration system that should improve the current situation.

Subject of this thesis is employees’ evaluation, remuneration and motivation in a particular company. In order to properly motivate employees, must be a system of evaluation and remuneration fair and understandable to employees. The aim of this work is based on theoretical knowledge gained in the first part and analysis of combination compensation in part two, suggest a more efficient system of employees’ reward and motivation. This should lead to greater satisfaction and improved employee service and thus to improve company performance.
